13thirty Cancer Connect is dedicated to helping teens and young adults live with cancer through resources, support, and advocacy. The Rochester-area-based 13thirty program provides regular weekly activities for teens and young adults, both in the midst of treatment and beyond it. Our vision is that all teens and young adults with cancer have opportunities for life-affirming experiences throughout each stage of their disease.
